Founded and led by Shashikant Deshpande, the Founder & Managing Director, Soft Polynomials has grown from a humble computer hardware firm into a promising IT company in India's central region, having made significant strides through its collaborations with and the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (CDAC) and Maharashtra Knowledge Corporation Ltd. (MKCL) across the states of Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Karnataka and Bihar. Soft Polynomials’ dedication to nurturing talent and fostering entrepreneurship among the youth has been instrumental in the company's success.

Soft Polynomials' commitment to talent development is evident through its recognition as the most reliable C-DAC center under the esteemed C-DAC ACTS program.
